WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY......................... WITHOUT PACKAGES Wedding photography done in the Storybook fashion allows you complete freedom to customize your wedding album by making your selections after viewing your previews instead of selecting a pre-determined package months before the wedding. You simply choose one of our Storybook Plans that has sufficient time included to cover your wedding comfortably. Each Storybook has a non-refundable retainer fee for the photography service plus a minimum order requirement. Your pre-paid order minimum is simply a dollar amount set aside for your total orders placed after the wedding. After you receive the preview album, you make your album selections and gather orders from friends and relatives. All prints, albums, folios, etc. are individually priced and the total of all orders from parents, relatives and friends may be used to reach your minimum order requirement. No additional payments are required unless your order exceeds your minimum. All arrangements in the Storybook Series (except where noted) include a complimentary engagement portrait session in our studio and one wall portrait from any pose taken in the wedding coverage. Wall portraits range from 11x14 to 20x24 depending upon your chosen Storybook. Pre-Bridal sessions can also be arranged for a small additional fee.
FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS ............................ A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve our services for your wedding photography along with a signed contract. The required retainer varies according to the Storybook chosen and must be paid to reserve the photography service for your wedding day. The remaining minimum order fee plus any applicable sales tax is required by the wedding day in installments as follows: one-third of the remaining balance four months before the wedding day; one-third two months before the wedding day; and, the final one-third is due the week of the wedding. Usually the last one-third is paid at the time of your final conference with us during the week before your wedding. Other payment schedules can be arranged with the studio, if necessary. When the final wedding orders are placed after the wedding, a deposit of at least 50% of any balance in excess of your minimum requirement is required before any orders will be processed. The remaining balance is due when the orders are delivered. All wedding orders should be handled and delivered through one source, usually the bride and groom, unless they specify another party to handle the orders.
THE REFLECTIONS STORYBOOK The Reflections Storybook allows you to engage the service of the photographer for up to 10 hours on the wedding day !! You will make your final selections from a minimum of 200 previews taken on the wedding day. This Storybook is perfect for the couple that wants maximum coverage on the wedding day , possibly until the end of the reception; or for the wedding with a delayed reception. The additional time may also be necessary if you wish to have photographs taken at various locations other than the site of the ceremony and reception. One 20x24 wall portrait is included at no extra charge! The ultimate in wedding coverage for the discriminating couple! THE TENDER MOMENTS STORYBOOK
The Tender Moments Storybook includes up to 6 hours of service time on the wedding day. You will see a minimum of 125 previews from which to make your selections after the wedding. This Storybook is well suited for the average wedding that requires approximately an equal amount of time at the site of the wedding and then at the reception site. Usually enough time would be remaining at the reception to comfortably cover the traditional events (cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, and the initial dances) without having the photographer remain until the end of the reception. One 16x20 wall portrait is also included at no charge! THE FLOWER PETAL STORYBOOK The Flower Petal Storybook is designed for the wedding that requires limited reception coverage. If the reception is to be held at the same location as the ceremony, or if there will not be dancing and some other traditional activities at the reception, then this Storybook is for you! You will have the services of the photographer for up to 4 hours on the wedding day and a minimum of at least 75 previews from which to make your final selections. One 11x14 portrait is also included at no charge! Retainer* .................................................................... $400.00 Minimum Order Requirement ...................... $1000.00
THE PENNY SAVER STORYBOOK If you only wish to have photographic coverage at the ceremony location and do not require any reception coverage, then consider the Penny Saver. The photographer will be at your service for 3 hours at one location and you will see a minimum of at least 50 previews for your final selections. Please note that the Penny Saver does not include reception coverage, the engagement portrait session, or any wall portraits.
